Duties & Responsibilities
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies for fiber optic (FTTH, FTTB, FTTS) solutions.
• Support the product lifecycle management, including market research, product launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure product alignment with market needs.
• Prepare and analyze product performance reports to inform decision-making.

ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT

• Participate in the evaluation of potential M&A opportunities, including market research and financial analysis.
• Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and organizing data related to target companies.
• Support the integration of acquired assets, focusing on alignment with overall business strategy.
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership.

DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of product specifications, market research findings, and performance metrics.
• Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and leadership to track product performance and recommend improvements.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABERATION

• Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align product strategies with business goals.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive continuous product improvement.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

• Aid in the management of property portfolios related to fiber optic infrastructure, including leases and property acquisitions.
• Assist in the negotiation and renewal of property agreements to ensure optimal asset utilization.
• Support the tracking and documentation of property-related contracts and agreements.
• Contribute to the development of property management strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
