We are looking for our next Client Relationship Manager to join our NZ team.
Based in Wellington or Auckland, the Account Manager will be responsible for the client relationship, retention, price yield and, together with the Business Development Managers, growing the Book of Business (BOB). They will also be responsible for driving usage and ensuring new clients are effectively on-boarded.

About the Role
In this opportunity as Account Manager, you will:
- Develop the book of business focusing on client engagement.
- Own the renewals process and ensure price yield is achieved for designated accounts and prevent cancellations.
- Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities to Business Development Manager.
- On-board new clients and execute plans to drive usage and retention.
- Identify customer training needs and coordinates with Training Specialist to deliver.
- Educate customers on the product benefits over competitors.
- Develop relevant relationship with customers to ensure optimal retention outcome.
- Provide accurate forecasting, reforecasting and reporting.
- Provide Salesforce discipline and maintenance
- Understand the product to ensure product can be renewed, cross-sell/upsell opportunity identified and to drive usage.
- Develop industry knowledge, understanding of what the client does and how they use our products and solutions.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Account Manager, if your background includes:
- 2-5 years experience in Account Management or Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance/Accounting, Commerce or Law preferred.
- Strong relationship building skills and experience in establishing up to C level relationships.
- Interest in Gen AI and/or experience in presenting more complex technical concepts ideas to clients
- Ability to develop account strategy.
- Previous exposure to the Technology/SaaS or IT sector (highly advantageous)
- Excellent account planning skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
