The Enterprise Change team is integral to supporting the business through complex change. With the growing importance of this capability in the organisation, we are now seeking applicants for the role of Change manager. You will be joining an established, and will bring seasoned Change Management experience, to enhance the internal capability.

About the position:
  • Use the Guardians Enterprise Change Framework to lead, co-design, develop and deliver change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage of technology and minimise resistance to the change.
  • Assess impact, readiness and challenges for changes whilst bringing people along the change journey.
  • Identify and manage risks to change adoption, including anticipated resistance to the change, and prepare risk mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate a collaborative approach to change, building ownership and capability in change leadership among stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, engagement and expectations, coaching on change leadership at all levels.
  • Contribute to identification of change, being able to see the enterprise view and understand the change impost. Building from this better-informed holistic strategies and plans to support the successful embedding of the change.
About you
This role will require someone who has previous experience as a Change Manager and is used to coaching and working with multiple and diverse stakeholder groups through the change journey.
  • 5+ years of change management experience, preferably in the technology space.
  • Demonstrated ability of successfully embedding change brought about by technology and business initiatives and projects.
  • An APMG (Change Management Foundation / Practitioner) or human centred design Change Management qualification is desirable.
  • Experience in coaching and supporting business owners and sponsors
  • Knowledge and understanding of project methodologies and project life cycle.
  • Experience in financial services or investment management is preferred.
  • Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop appropriate recommendations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and competing demands
