X2 Purchase Ledgers “Data Cleanse”
£13.50 per hour
Cheltenham
Monday to Friday
Temporary.
My client is looking for three purchase ledgers to join their team “Cleansing Data”.
This is a key role where you will build strong relationships with the practice teams and support them with all aspects of invoice processing and related queries. Previous Purchase Ledger experience isn't necessary, as long as you're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.

About the role

* Invoice processing

* Statement Reconciliations

* Supplier allocations

* Dealing with suppliers requesting any missing information

* Developing relationships across the business to ensure that practices' queries are resolved efficiently

About you

* Working with multiple and diverse stakeholders

* Experience of Sage 200 is an advantage

* Good attention to detail

* Strong communicator

* Working as part of a team

* Using Microsoft Excel to a good standard
