Introduction
An engineering manufacturer, based in Kempton Park, is looking for an experienced Creditors Clerk.
Duties & Responsibilities
Process accounts payable suppliers and sundry accounts invoices and credit notes

Timeous month end payment runs and allocations

Age analysis management and clearing

Prepare reconciliations for review and sign off with the CFO

Resolve all queries, internal and external

Open COD accounts and submit COD invoices for payment

Maintain all filing and account records, including cashbook and supplier statement filing

Liaise with Stock Controller regarding GRN issues

Create new vendor accounts

Liaise with suppliers regarding credit limits

Ad hoc duties as requested by management
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric essential, tertiary qualification an advantage

MS Office with strong Excel skills

ERP system experience, SAP an advantage

Organised and detail orientated

Willing to work overtime as required
Package & Remuneration
R16 000.00 CTC per month
