Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Accurately record and manage employee work hours in compliance with company policies
• Prepare detailed payroll reports to support management and ensure transparency
• Oversee the entire payroll process to ensure timely and accurate employee payments
• Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts for accurate financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with tax laws by managing PAYE submissions to SARS
• Regularly reconcile payroll accounts to maintain precise financial records

Qualifications:

• Certificate in Payroll
• Minimum 3 years experience
