Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Accurately record and manage employee work hours in compliance with company policies
- Prepare detailed payroll reports to support management and ensure transparency
- Oversee the entire payroll process to ensure timely and accurate employee payments
- Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts for accurate financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with tax laws by managing PAYE submissions to SARS
- Regularly reconcile payroll accounts to maintain precise financial records
- Certificate in Payroll
- Minimum 3 years experience
