SF are working with an established Management Consultancy service in Hinckley who are in search of a entry level Credit Controller to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. As the Credit Controller you will be based at head office in Hinckley as part of the Credit function and you will require both excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
This position would be suitable for a confident communicator, who is used to working in a fast-paced environment, having ideally worked in a collection's role previously. The focus of this role is on cash collection and calls completed whilst providing outstanding customer service.

Job duties:
- Contact clients in relation to their overdue accounts
- Handling payment and service queries via phone
- Provide excellent customer service when handling all enquiries
- Updating notes accurately and timely
- Processing debit/credit card payments
- Liaising with wider team regarding client accounts
- Complete requests for account adjustments
- Report on case history and ensure regular review of accounts
Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years customer service experience
- Experience in a Credit Control, or collection's role
- Be target driven and very comfortable on the phone
- Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
