About the role:

We are looking for a full time Client Services Manager to join our team.

Advantis is a leading debt collection company located in an historic grade 2 listed building in the heart of the city of Stoke-On-Trent. Our clients are some of the UK's largest Utility, Retail and Government bodies. We have over 250 people across our teams who are all energetic, caring and have a good sense of humour, making us a great place to work!

As Client Services Manager you will be the relationship manager for your portfolio of clients, overseeing day-to-day activity, performance, SLA adherence and quality, as well as acting as client stakeholder to the wider business.

More broadly, you will support bringing our initiatives, innovation and capability to our clients to help them achieve their strategic objectives. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new client initiatives. It's an exciting, dynamic and evolving role.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each Client and build strong working relationships
  • ​Provide every client with an excellent service from start to finish
  • ​Understand the individual needs of our clients in order to effectively manage
  • ​Ensure all clients are contacted on a regular basis
  • ​Hold regular client review meetings to ensure client satisfaction and excellent delivery of service
  • ​Provide regular performance reports and analyse results by monitoring KPIs with the aim of looking for ways to enhance our performance
  • Attend new business and existing client meetings to deliver presentations and reports
  • Continuously improve Client service procedures, policies, and standards for the organisation
  • Providing internal stakeholders including Board with regular updates on clients including performance
  • Arrange and book Client meetings including travel arrangements
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate
  • Ensure the CRM and case management software is continuously kept up to date
  • Inspiring, directing and developing junior team members


About you:


  • An effective communicator
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability build strong relationships with clients
  • Creative problem solver and able to collaborate with key stakeholders within the team, client and across the business
  • Experience in coaching and leading teams
  • IT literate with experience of using Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritise workload, to be organised and efficient
  • Capable of working methodically and meticulously
  • Conscientious approach with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to deliver presentations to an audience
