The Role
The role of Accounts payable officer is an end to end AP function role. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage all coding and processing payables invoices
• Prepare and process payment runs
• Manage invoice workflows
• Account reconciliations
• Process staff expenses including a large amount of staff credit cards
• Recharge invoicing
• Posting journals and clearing bank reconciliations
• Other ad hoc duties as required

Your profile:
To be considered for this role, we are looking for an Accounts payable specialist who has worked in Accounts payable doing end to end. You need to be someone that embraces technology, is eager to learn and has a real team ethos.

This team works in the office 5 days per week but the working hours are between 8 and 6 so there is flexibility in terms of starting and finishing.
