Meraki Talent’s Financial Services client are looking for an Operational Resilience Analyst to join their team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Responsibilities of the Operational Resilience Analyst:

-Ensure that the business embeds operational resilience into ways of working

-Working across all strands of operational resilience providing advice to the business on operational resilience

-Taking responsibility for business continuity planning, risk identification and management, scenario testing, and driving improvements to reduce related risks

-Work to resolve risks and crisis management scenarios as they arise

-Work with assigned business areas on Business Continuity Plan reviews and Impact Analysis

Background of the Operational Resilience Analyst

-Experience working within Operational Resilience or Business Continuity, and exposure to risk identification, assessment, and remediation

-Experience working within any area of Financial Services

-Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the key areas of resilience/business continuity

-Strong experience in process analysis and development
