Duties & Responsibilities
Our leading manufacturing client in Mount Edgecombe is looking for a Cost Accountant to report into the Finance Manager

The successful candidate would be responsible for the following :

• assisting with cost analysis,
• budgeting,
• finanancial reporting,
• preparation of cashflow,
• inventory management,
• Identify cost saving initiatives,
• Analyse financial data,
• Export rebates

Requirements:

• Formal qualification in Accounting or Finance, or related field.
• Knowledge of cost accounting principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, and collaboratively in a team environment.
• CMA certification is a plus.
