Our client is a leading national practice with a growing reputation as one of the country's most dynamic, forward thinking firms.
They're now looking for a Lending Transaction Manager to join the commercial property team at their Hertfordshire office.
The role will involve fulfilling schedules of requirements, registering charges and redemptions in relation to commercial real estate transactions. Applicants will need to be organised and have experience in opening and conducting matters.
The successful applicant might be a commercial property paralegal with real estate finance experience or perhaps a banking paralegal.
Alternatively, the role might suit somebody currently working in a bank as an Assistant Relationship Manager.
This will ideally be a full-time role but part-time may be considered for exceptional candidates. However, Fridays are an essential work day and it's likely that 4 days a week would be the minimum required.
There may also be some opportunity for flexible working, including perhaps one day at home but the successful applicant will probably need to be in the Hertfordshire office at least three days a week and until 5pm.
Salary is very much dependent on experience but is likely to be in the £40-60K bracket. However, a higher salary may be considered for more senior applicants.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegiate, friendly team in a fast paced and exciting real estate environment.
