We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to join an Umhlanga-based Accounting firm, where you will lead a team responsible for capturing clients' accounts and preparing fully reconciled management packs.

- At least 5 years of post-articles experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in drafting Annual Financial Statements.
- Proficiency in Xero is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Well-presented and personable, with the ability to interact effectively with both staff and clients.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
- Oversee the capture of clients' accounts and the preparation of fully reconciled management packs.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing bookkeeping and financial services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their financial status, tax planning, and other related matters.
