Join an award winning company as a corporate tax manager! You will assist with the provision of advice on a range of corporate tax matters and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional accountancy environment.
Key Responsibilities as Corporate Tax Manager:
* Corporate reconstructions
* Employee share schemes
* SEIS/EIS advance assurance and compliance applications
* Research and development tax relief claims
* Any other reasonable tasks to support the Tax Consulting Team or other Support Centre Team
Key Requirements:
* Must be able to work independently with appropriate support.
* Confident in engaging with clients to build a rapport and offer solutions and direction.
* Have a working knowledge of the technical areas demanded by the role.
* Additional training will be given as required.
* ACA, ACCA, CTA or qualified by experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
* A minimum of two years’ experience in a professional accountancy environment.
* Able to work remotely.
* Work well within a team.
