I am currently recruiting for an experienced Payroller to join an impressive business in Denbighshire. This role has the potential to become permanent.
Fixed Term Contract - 3-6 months
Duties will include:
* Administer and process end-to-end monthly payroll for employees.
* Calculate and process statutory deductions, including PAYE, National Insurance and Pension
* Maintain accurate employee records. (starters, leavers, and department transfers)
* Upload payments to the bank account each month.
* Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, tax laws and regulations.
* Prepare and submit statutory reports to relevant authorities.
* Respond to employee enquires regarding payroll matters.
* Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
* Complete payroll year end transactions and assist in the audit process.
* Provide relevant payroll information for financial reporting purposes.
* Work closely with Head of departments to ensure seamless coordination.
* Develop and review processes and controls.
* Processing P60s,P45s.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous experience as a payroll manager or similar role
* Knowledge of UK payroll regulation and taxation.
* Confident in Microsoft office packages especially Excel
* Strong Attention to details and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
