• Manage the finance and accounts function to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain optimum financial controls, including internal audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and manage treasury functions to ensure liquidity.
• Negotiate with banks and financial institutions to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with management to plan and implement business strategies.
• Oversee and support finance team members to ensure effective knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including GST, IT, and RoC.
• Manage financial risks and ensure adequate insurance coverage.
• Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive profitability.
  
  

Requirements

• CA/ ICWA degree
• 20+ years of experience in finance and accounts
• Strong skills in finance, accounting, and compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to make business decisions and drive profitability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
