A leading Car Rental Agency is looking for a debtors controller for Kempton Park.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the debtors' book to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts and arrange payment plans if necessary.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on debtors' status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and billing issues.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer details as required.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 3+ Years experience as a Debtors Controller or in a similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of credit control procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Sage accounting software and MS Excel.
