Commercial FP&A is responsible for the delivery of high quality exco performance analysis and financial planning across the markets we operate, as well as supporting on growth and efficiency initiatives.
The Financial Planning Manager will be integral to increasing confidence in our forecasting accuracy by analysing and reflecting key financial and customer trends into our methodology.
Additionally, this person will contribute towards presentation materials for both Regional MD’s and exco.
You will need to operate effectively with both group and regional finance teams in order to deliver outputs in accordance with the group timetable.

What you'll do
- Preparing executive budget and forecast presentations for senior leadership
- Ownership of the revenue model - holding the central view of group and regional budgets and forecasts
- Support regions with the transition to a more common forecasting framework and associated outputs
- Collaborating with analytics teams to incorporate new customer segmentation
- Coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes across regional teams
- Adhoc support on special projects relating to operating efficiency and growth initiatives
- Automation and evolution of recurring outputs using a mix of excel and analytical tools
- Build strong relationships with group functions and regional teams, providing the right balance between challenge and support
Who you are
- Significant relevant experience in commercial finance, business performance, banking, consulting, or similar corporate roles.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical capabilities, alongside experience with financial planning tools
- Experience of budgeting processes at an international, matrix organisation
- Understanding of customer economics in a consumer-led business, with matching sector experience a plus
- Strong communication skills and effectiveness in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Be an owner - drive projects to completion with a commitment to high-quality results
