Our Course Operations Team Leader will lead a team that focuses on the organisation and planning of our events ensuring that all events are a success.
As our Course Operations Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
* Leading on planning, reviewing, administering and running a portfolio of courses.
* Attending and inputting into operational meetings.
* Building professional relationships with internal & external clients and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless support for our clients and their training.
* Ongoing review, monitoring and summary of feedback from clients/delegates.
* Keeping management team informed of feedback and developments.
* Resolving and monitoring cases in Salesforce on a daily basis.
* Managing relationships with external speakers and co-hosts.
* Providing advice to peers and team members to support them resolving a range of issues.
* Leading on the telephony reporting for the team.
* Monitoring of course scheduling and viability.
* Running department reporting as required by our Senior Operations Manager.
* Collaborating with others on shared tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
* Line managing our Courses Operations Team.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have/ be:
* Ability to occasionally travel within the UK.
* Confidence to work from own initiative.
* significant evaluation and independent thought are required to resolve ambiguity and work within grey areas.
* Experience in balancing priorities and working in a changing fast-paced environment.
* Experience running, coordinating and organising training events.
* Experience in the accounting industry with a good understanding of current technical changes.
* Strong experience in planning training programmes and solutions suitable for accountants and tax advisers.
* Line management experience.
* Excellent Excel skills.
* Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with minimal direction.
