The Costing Manager plays a crucial role in our organization, overseeing the cost accounting process and providing valuable insights into financial performance. This position is essential for ensuring accurate costing data, optimizing cost control, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Costing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and implement cost-saving initiatives. Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems, processes, and standards
• Analyze cost variances and prepare cost reports
• Entire cost of company, salaries, expenses, production cost, if the company is profitable or not.
• Monitor the production team, floor team to check if targets are made.
• Understand costs incur.
• Dead Investments
• TDS
• GST
• Accounts receivable , accounts payable.
• Monitor and review inventory valuation

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• High level of integrity and ethical standards
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
