Job Overview

We are seeking for our client, a reputed Rubber adhesive manufacturers with H.O.based in Thane & offices all over India, an experienced Manager - Accounts to join our team at Disha Skill Training Services.

This position requires a Qualified CA with mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the finalization of accounts and financial reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in accounting and finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
• Excellent understanding of finalization of accounts
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Handle the finalization of accounts, including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and cash flow statement
