Job Summary: The Relationship Manager (RM) will be responsible for managing and growing the bank's portfolio of clients by providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering appropriate financial solutions. The RM will work closely with clients to build long-term relationships and ensure their financial goals are met.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand clients' financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their financial situation and update their portfolios.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the bank's client base.
Cross-sell banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investment products, and insurance.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank's overall growth objectives.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.
Financial Advisory:
Offer financial advice and planning services to clients.
Assist clients in making informed decisions about their financial future.
Stay updated on market trends and banking products to provide relevant advice.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Ensure all banking activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Conduct due diligence and assess the risk profile of clients.
Monitor and manage the credit risk associated with the client portfolio.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the bank’s CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client transactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar role within the banking industry.
Strong knowledge of banking products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic advice.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in financial planning or banking (e.g., CFA, CFP).
Experience in retail or corporate banking.
Established network of clients in the local market.
