What you'll do:As a Senior Financial Accountant, your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and punctual accounting, alongside financial reporting of the business units concerned. You will be expected to motivate everyone to work safely according to the company's SHEQ standards. Your role will also involve ensuring a reliable and punctual financial Record-To-Report (R-to-R) Process, in accordance with Group standards and local legal requirements. Additionally, you will produce periodical financial reports and information as per requirement. You will also be tasked with conducting statutory and statistics reporting in compliance with Group standards and legal requirements. Motivate and ensure everyone works safely according to the company's SHEQ standardsEnsure reliable and punctual financial Record-To-Report (R-to-R) Process in accordance with Group standards and local legal requirementsProduce periodical financial reports and information (monthly/quarterly/yearly and on request)Conduct statutory and statistics reporting in compliance with Group standards and legal requirementsCollect information from the company for (project) provisioningRespond adequately to queries from the company regarding financials
What you bring:The ideal candidate for the Senior Financial Accountant position brings proven experience in financial accounting. You should have strong knowledge of SHEQ standards, which you will use to motivate everyone to work safely. Your experience in producing financial reports will be crucial in this role, as you will be required to produce these on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis or upon request. Your ability to conduct statutory and statistics reporting will also be highly valued. Furthermore, your (project) provisioning skills will come into play when collecting information from the company.
