Execute meticulous coordination and completion of global tenders for apparel retailers, demonstrating unparalleled attention to detailLead and manage a high-performing team of two, providing strategic guidance and robust support to ensure all objectives are met with excellenceMaintain critical input cost metrics across all production facilities with precisionEnsure strict adherence to Group frameworks for overhead cost allocation in global operationsAnnually update raw material costs, labor, and overhead recovery rates based on approved budgets and capacity plans for all production facilitiesConduct quarterly reviews of performance against recovery rates using actual quarter-end results to assess the need for adjustmentsOversee the preparation of quarterly cost driver schedules, considering both macro and local economic impacts, for:Incorporation into bi-annual and annual contract price adjustmentsReview by senior management in Group forecasting decisionsLead the rollout of RFID and Variable Data programs, guaranteeing successful implementation and timely deliveryOversee the development and deployment of innovative costing modules across the group, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesEnsure strict adherence to tender award pricing in respective supply regions, managing any deviations within specified mandatesAccurately estimate quarterly Forward Exchange Contract requirements for RFID inlay purchases, optimizing financial outcomes Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years experience within the senior finance teamExcellent project managementProven experience in tender management and preparation, demonstrating great attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables Qualification:Bachelors Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Management AccountingManufacturing experienceContact CORNE JONKER on 021 418 1750, quoting the Ref: CTF019068.
