My client is looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Cost and Management Accountant to join their team today!Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis is a leading provider of high-quality electrical solutions, offering a comprehensive range of products including switches, sockets, and circuit protection devices. Renowned for innovation and reliability, this client delivers exceptional performance and safety standards, serving residential, commercial, and industrial markets across South Africa.

Qualification and Experience:

• BCom Accounting Degree / Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting
• Studying CIMA (advantageous)
• 2 - 3 years costing experience (non-negotiable)
• Experience in a manufacturing / FMCG environment (non-negotiable)
• SAP
• Standard costing

Responsibilities:

• Month-end reporting
• Product costing
• Identify variances in standard costs
• Fully understand the costing process to develop products
• Fixed asset register
• Liaise with internal stakeholders
• Assist in budget planning
• Investment appraisal
