Finance Director

Hays are excited to partner with this regulator based in Birmingham City Centre who are looking to recruit their new Finance Director on a permanent basis.


Your new role
As the Finance Director, you will be number 1 in Finance, reporting into the COO.
Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Driving organisational financial performance
• To support the development of the organisation's financial strategy, advise and assist the executive team in its implementation
• To ensure that the organisation has accurate forecast and financial models
• To lead, manage and develop the team responsible for financial and management accounting, financial planning and analysis
• To ensure the delivery of effective procurement strategies, policies and key performance indicators
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant
• Significant experience at Senior Management level
• Experience of developing annual budgets, costing and analysis models
• Ability to think strategically
• Experience of leading annual statutory reporting
