Responsibilities
  • Take a lead role in end-to-end finance management
  • Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for the same
  • Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization
  • Maintain investor relations and reporting
  • Develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong fiscal management, project coordination, cross-team communications, and workflows
  • Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives
  • Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls.
  • Coordinate and oversee external & internal audits, liaising with auditors to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits.
  • Manage and lead a finance team, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure high performance and professional development.


Requirements
  • CA with a minimum 10 years of experience
  • Leadership role of minimum 4 years
  • Direct Tax/Indirect Tax Compliance
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Good Communication skills
  • Experienced in corporate finance and investor relations
