A new role has arisen in our Finance team here at EnerMech in Aberdeen for an Account Receivable Coordinator. This is a permanent role offering 37.5 hours per week. •The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support to the project owners to ensure rapid and accurate invoicing of works undertaken. This is a permanent role offering 37.5 hours per week. •The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support to the project owners to ensure rapid and accurate invoicing of works undertaken. Other duties will include;
- • Review BFTs and advise Operation Managers of anomalies identified against forecast
- • Review Invoicing Coordinators schedules against contract to ensure correct billing
- • Review CTRs/Quotes for correctness as to contract rates and accuracy of calculations
- • Raise Job Numbers as required
- • Hold weekly Accruals review meetings/Update meetings with Project Owners to ensure that accruals are actioned and information fed back to Invoicing Coordinators for action to minimize DSO at any time
- • Provide support to Management Accountants during the Month End Management Review process
