Job Description

• Handle financial planning, reporting & compliance for the global operations
• Manage all the 3 conventional towers of the finance function (R2R, P2P, O2C)
• Develop financial models & work on the strategic business planning, for the center
• Work towards process improvement & optimisation
• Handle the audit function for the entity
• Lead the business transformation function
• Manage a team of finance professionals to ensure timely reporting
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, across geographies

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified CA/CPA (equivalent)
• 8-13 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience working in the BPO/Consulting is a preference
• Willingness to go the extra-mile to ensure processes are managed & streamlined
• Prior experience handling core FinOps (R2R/P2P/O2C) is a must
