Responsibilities:

• Oversee the refund process, including verifying refund requests, ensuring compliance with refund policies and regulations, and processing refund transactions accurately and timely.
• Monitor refund liabilities and reconcile refund accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Design, implement, and manage incentive programs aimed at motivating employees, sales teams, or customers to achieve specific goals.
• Identify and assess risks associated with incentive programs and refund processes, and implement controls to mitigate risks.
• Participate in audits and reviews to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and processes.
• Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, and profit margin.
• Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
• Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
• Ad-hoc business performance reporting
• Present the monthly and quarterly financial reports of various units and departments
• Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports
• Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives
• Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis

Requirement:

• Experience working in a startup and in high volume e-commerce companies
• Completion of Intermediate Chartered Accountancy (CA)
• Must be able to work in a very fast-paced environment
• Great interpersonal skills
• Diligent and analytical preferred
• Working knowledge of Tally or similar ERPs preferred
