The role:

This is a 12 month FTC initially covering maternity leave.

You will support the growth and development of our highly successful and globally expanding Adaptive initiative, working with consultants, partners and clients to ensure the success of every Adaptive placement.

Collaborating with the Adaptive Operations team, you will play an important role in maintaining our financial functions and will work closely with multiple teams internally across our network.

What will you do:
  • You will manage the UK Adaptive payroll for our consultants, working with the firmwide Payroll team to ensure all timesheets are processed accurately and payments are made on time.
  • You will work closely with our Accounts, Billings and Credit Control teams, to ensure all consultant and client invoices are handled efficiently and accurately, following up with client contacts over email where necessary.
  • You will liaise with the central Finance team every quarter to manage the Adaptive accruals process.
  • You will play a key role in advising the Adaptive management team with financial forecasting, generating financial reports to circulate across the firm and managing the Adaptive budgets across the UK and Asia.
  • You will work with the Adaptive Client Relationship Manager to report and advise the Adaptive team on quarterly and end of financial year figures, closely monitoring how we are tracking against budget on a regular basis.
  • You will ensure our systems are continuously up to date and accurate.
  • You’ll deliver exceptional customer service to consultants, clients and partners, responding to a wide range of enquiries on a timely basis.
  • You’ll collaborate with the entire International Adaptive team to streamline processes and generate new ideas for growth and development.

  • the ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive data
  • a willingness to learn new systems and use software packages that are unfamiliar
  • excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
