The role:
This role involves managing the Northern Brewers ledger in the PubCos & Brewers Channel. As well as supporting the wider Brewers ledger, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving super-premium growth and managing the relationship with their customers. They will be responsible for an exciting and diverse portfolio of customers such as Robinsons, Joseph Holts, JW Lees, etc. They will have full P&L ownership of the account base, where we have seen significant volume growth, and will be negotiating and implementing JBPs with customers. The candidate will build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; defining and executing a contact strategy to manage and grow our business effectively. They will need to build compelling commercial proposals and negotiate effectively with the customers to deliver exceptional results. They will finally need to ensure high standards and discipline when it comes to executing internal routines and reviews. It is vital that the candidate becomes a BBG ambassador, driving our culture at all times.

Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Deliver commercial metrics on their ledger; including volume, Net Revenue, MACO, CORES & EBITDA
- Negotiate effectively using GAP negotiation techniques to secure the best deal for BBG
- Build strong relationships developed through working sessions and CRM opportunities
- Support Brewers NAM in achieving full ledger commercial targets as well as involvement in additional projects adding value to the P&B channel and the On Trade
- Leverage a virtual team effectively including Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Intelligence, and Drinks Dispense
- Define a 1YP, 3YP, and 5YP strategy for the ledger, then effectively set short and long-term objectives
- Execute key routines: Forecasting, business performance reviews, investment tracking etc
- Manage investments on the ledger to deliver any savings possible to the business, and maximize ROI at all times
