Right now, were looking to recruit a Conveyancing Support Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team.
THE ROLE
As a Conveyancing Support Co-Ordinator, your role will be focusing on providing guidance within Conveyancing matters across the business, helping ensure all conveyancing matters run smoothly and efficiently by effectively co-ordinating between internal colleagues, customers and solicitors. You'll be a vital part of the mortgage journey through production of conveyancing quotes, and making any amendments and updates to solicitors as necessary regarding lender or property changes. You'll also be a point of contact for queries and issues from our advisers and case managers, demonstrating positive and professional communication to help ensure best practice.
FCA CERTIFICATION REGIME & CONDUCT RULES
L&C is authorised and regulated by the FCA and is classified as an Enhanced Firm under the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR). This role is subject to the 6 FCA Conduct rules and you will be expected to adhere to them at all times. (See below). Any confirmed breaches of the Conduct Rules will be reported to the FCA annually. Should you apply for a Certified role in another financial services firm then L&C may be required to disclose this information in a Regulatory Reference request.

ABOUT YOU
At L&C we care about our customers and ensuring their service is always top quality. Were looking for individuals with conveyancing knowledge and experience who are self-motivated, well organised and have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal.You'll need to be able to work both as part of a team and on your own, able to communicate and work with internal and external people at all levels. You'll have ideally had ample experience with management and handling of confidential information and have a proactive approach to your work. We require a minimum of 6 GCSEs or equivalent with a minimum of a C or equivalent in Maths & English.
