Credit Control /Administrator
York
Salary:
£24k to £25k pa
Invigorate Recruitment is working with its client near York to recruit an additional team member into the finance team .
We are looking for an experienced Credit Control/ Administrator, who is studying or looking to study their AAT.
Purpose:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Credit Control/ Administrator is responsible for managing the debts of the business, along with providing administrative support to the Finance , Sales and Client Services departments within the company.
Main Responsibilities Credit Control/Administrator
Managing and collecting debts from the companys debtors
Ensuring the timely collection of debt with agreed terms
Following up on payments as needed
Responding the clients enquiries
Agreeing potential repayment plans with the Account Management Team
Checking and posting of receipts
Provide cover within the Finance Team
Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met
Assist the Finance Manager with the processing of core accounts functions.
Other accountancy/administrative duties as and when required.
Personal Attributes
Excellent organizational skills
Able to work accurately with good attention to details
Understanding and maintaining confidentiality
Ability to manage a diverse workload and work in a fast-moving environment
Great communication skills with a friendly and flexible approach
Excellent customer relation skills and professional / courteous telephone manner
Hours of work :8.30am-5pm Mon- Thurs , 8.30am-4pm Fri
