Senior Account Manager
As Senior Account Manager for this Global Omni-Channel solutions provider, you will lead the warehousing and distribution service line of one of the largest client account.
You will act as the service delivery interface between the in-house client service and operational teams and the Client, to provide operational insight and problem solving through business as usual activities.
The role requires strong numerical analysis skills and the ability to work with, present and interpret data in relation to client owned stock.
Responsibilities:
* Demonstrates an understanding of the overall business relationship with key clients.
* Develop and maintain good relationships with relevant stakeholders (internal/external)
* Understand customer’s needs in regard to the service offering and respond to customer requests, ensuring service levels and KPI’s are met at all times
* Manage the full end to end process of campaign delivery, (utilising all internal systems and ways of working as defined and within the required timelines).
* Supports the Account Director with the creation of monthly/weekly reporting to include;
* Monthly MI pack
* Weekly forecast
Experience:
* A firm competency of Excel.
* A working knowledge of e-commerce principles/ systems would be highly advantageous
* Account Management experience
