Salary:
£23,500 basic per annum (£27,629.33 OTE)



Location:
Harrogate, HG3 2SP

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Your main responsibility as our Desk Based Account Manager will be to make EnviroVent the #1 choice for specification, advice, site visits and pricing, by account managing various customers by phone, email and post.

What are we looking for in our Desk Based Account Manager?
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role would be beneficial
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communicator, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable making phone calls and excellent telephone manner
  • Positive mindset and uses their initiative to create solutions to problems
  • Works well in a team


What does the Desk Based Account Manager actually do?
  • Maximise all accounts and leads for sales and margin growth in line with budget and company targets to ensure an adequate level of market coverage to both new and existing clients.
  • Enthusiastically present the Company’s products and services in a professional, structured manner.
  • To provide periodic reports as requested on sales activities, identifying opportunities and challenges and plan sales activities accordingly to ensure adequate market coverage to both new and existing clients.
  • Ensure client information and contacts are kept up to date and accurate by updating CRM.
  • To follow up on sale leads within 24 hours of issue and follow up on quotations in a timely manner, providing feedback on won or lost opportunities.
  • Enthusiastically represent EnviroVent at exhibitions, trade events and client events as appropriate.
  • To work with colleagues in other areas of the business to ensure timely delivery of our customer’s needs.
  • To deploy senior managers or ASM’s as appropriate to win/secure/protect major business opportunities.
  • To continually progress with learning and ensure an acceptable understanding of building regulations, legislation and other technical requirements.
