Are you a Credit Controller who thrives on responsibility and operating in a stand-alone role? Do you enjoy building relationships with colleagues? Would you like to work for a business that is continuously expanding due to their growth across 7 sites in the Northeast? If so, then this opportunity could be ideal for you.
This is a newly created role so you are not following in anyone else's footstep. This means that you will not be surrounded by other finance staff so you must be happy working on your own in the office on a daily basis. You will have flexibility on your start/finish time.
This is an exciting opportunity if you want to take control of this business which has the potential to double its site in the next 5 years.
You'll be responsible for the preparation and issuing of sales invoices, chasing overdue payments and allocating to aged debt reports. You will produce reports and forecast cash sales, reporting to the Senior Credit Controller in the Newcastle office.
You'll be comfortable resolving queries with both customers and contract managers and confidently process weekly expense runs. You will remain patient and have the ability to be calm in stressful situations.
