Site Finance Manager - Stallingborough - Up to £45,000

An exciting opportunity as Site Finance Manager for the Stallingborough site of a fast growing international group of businesses, who have seen continued growth over the last 10 years. This role will see you manage the finance function, working with the operational leadership team to drive profitability, preparing analysis to support with making operational and strategic decision making.

Site Finance Manager Responsibilities will include:
Managing the small transactional finance team, including mentoring to reach their potential
Preparing weekly and monthly KPIs and ad-hoc reporting to support in ensuring profitability
Overseeing transactional finance team ensuring accuracy
Ensuring all monthly numbers and reports are correct and accurate
Delivering the Management Accounts, MI reports & Board Pack to the Operations Director and Group with commentary
Budgeting and forecasting
Partner the senior leadership team, evaluate financial models, provide insight to support with growth, acquisitions, new business and make commercial recommendations
Treasury management including cashflow management and forecasting
Review and develop internal controls, reporting, processes and procedures
Constant development of the reporting to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Ensuring the balance sheet reconciliations are complete and correctRequired Skills & Experience:
Qualified accountant, CIMA / ACCA studier or strong QBE
Background in a similar role with a passion to work with the wider business
Be a driven individual who can grow with the role
Strong analytical mind with an eye for detail
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with the wider business to drive the numbers
Experience of developing financial processes and reporting
Strong leadership skills
IT literate including Excel
