- Manage and supervise the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis and interpretation of data to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions to facilitate audits, tax filings, and banking relationships.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, forecasts, and targets, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management, including financial planning, investment analysis, and business expansion initiatives.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to optimize financing arrangements and capital structure.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and industry trends, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and corporate finance concepts.
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of taxation laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Leadership abilities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
