They are on the lookout out for an operationally focused Finance Business Partner for an initial 9-month fixed term.

The Role

The role of the finance business partner will report to the FP&A manager and will be an integral member of the financial planning and analysis team. The role has strong elements of partnering that will allow you to get out into the field to support the business and regional managers. It will also provide access to other senior leadership

Some of your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Monthly snapshots with analysis and commentaries

- Budgeting and forecasting, including regular reforecasting

- A variety of regular and ad hoc analysis

- KPI Analysis

- Pricing reviews, customer margin analysis, channel distribution profitability and net return on products

Your profile:

To be considered for this role, we are looking for an individual with the following skills and attributes:

- High commercial acumen, an ability to understand key business drivers and translate financial information to operations

- Proven stakeholder management skills and an ability to partner the wider business

- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal

- Strong excel skills with an ability to build and maintain models
