Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
The focus of our Senior Associate is to support our Partner/s around the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. This support will have a credit focus with an emphasis on strong credit writing capability and portfolio risk monitoring. The successful candidate is to be based out of the Highbrook Partners Centre.

What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?
You'll have experience in financial modelling, credit writing and business banking, however we are also keen to hear from those that are experience Bankers with complex lending experience. You'll demonstrate strong administration and technical skills, but also bring a customer focused attitude and a true talent for building long-term relationships. A sound understanding of banking principles and document preparation will be a distinct advantage, but most importantly, you'll be a driven individual, a real team player, with the ability to build an effective operating rhythm within our busy environment. A natural problem solver, you'll be able to adopt through changes and work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

- Providing administrative support to Partners, focusing on credit writing, completing annual reviews, covenant testing
- Support the Partners with proactive management of their portfolio with the goal of maximising revenue opportunities
- Assisting with general customer enquiries and onboarding of new clients
- Analysing customer financial accounts and credit proposals
- Identifying needs for the Bank's products and services
