Managing, leading, coaching and developing a small team
Financial appraisals, modelling, budgeting and forecastingProcess and review forecasting input on a monthly basis, making sure all the numbers submitted are accurate, with particular focus on volume, mix and pricePrepare, process and analyse monthly local distribution costs (standard and variations), highlighting risks and opportunitiesLead the annual budgeting process and be responsible for hitting all key deadlinesOversee and manage the company Business Intelligence reporting platform on Power BI for Finance related reportingProduce monthly full Profit & Loss actual and Forecast reports for management, with commentary for all main business unitsProactive variance analysis of actuals versus budget, forecast and prior year to support business decisionsManage monthly actual/forecast meetings with non-finance & senior leadershipSupport in developing new KPIs with business unit management teams

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, Qualified or Newly Qualified, although Finalists will be considered.
5 years minimum commercial finance experience.
Advanced Excel.
Proven business partner.
