Job Description

An exciting opportunity to take on the diverse and challenging role of Financial Controller for a rapidly growing FMCG business based in Malton, North Yorkshire. Managing a small team, you will be an integral part of the business and supporting the senior directors. Salary is up to £65,000 depending on experience, with an option for hybrid working.

To be successful in your new role of Financial Controller, you will be:

• A hands-on Finance Manager or Financial Controller who is CIMA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified or qualified through relevant experience.


• A team player able to collaborate with colleagues across the business supporting with budgeting, forecasting, costings, stock management, variances and cash flow forecasting.


• Able to business partner with a range of departments to producing annual budgets and provide rolling monthly forecasts.




• Cash flow forecasting and working capital reporting.


• Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts


• Stock management, stock costings and reconciliations.


• Being technically strong with advanced systems expertise including advanced Excel


• Able to work effectively with a strong understanding of the manufacturing or FMCG process.


• Good team working with excellent communication skills.
