We are currently looking for a Premium and Credit Control Team Manager to join our team, based in our offices in Colchester.
The role will support the day to day activities of the Premium, Claims and Credit Control teams as we go through an exciting period of growth and process improvement implementation.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in finance and people management; conducting 121’s, annual performance reviews and producing KPI’s. Other duties include assisting with the preparation of the monthly Premium and Claims MI, reviewing and approving adjustments and invoices, along with approving payments via online banking within a set authority limits.
You’ll have strong data analysis and MI reporting skills along with a can-do attitude.
Credit Control and Insurance industry knowledge are desirable, but not as essential as the ability to successfully manage teams.
