Role Finance assistant position
Location Based close to Diss, Norfolk
Working hours Monday to Thursday 7.30am 4.30pm and Friday 7.30 am 11.00am
Capacity of role Permanent position
Salary - £24,000 per annum
Our client is a family run and established organisation who are looking to bring in a new employee within their accounts team.
Candidates will have worked within a similar role previously and will need own transport due to location of the premises
Main duties will include
? Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the department
? Process sales and purchase ledger invoices on our Sage system
? Maintain filing systems, both physical and computerized, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of documents
? Assist with data entry and record keeping, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
? Monitor, categorize and prioritise the Finance emails and answer the telephone line
Candidate attributes
? Good knowledge of Sage 50 accounts system
? Sound knowledge of Microsoft excel and outlook
? Good communication skills
? AAT Level 2
