The Investment Finance Manager is a strategic role within the organisation that acts as a bridge between the finance department and the property department (as well as Brands) for all expansion and development projects. The primary focus of this role is to provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support decision making and drive the business forward with future capital investments.

The Investment Finance Manager is a strategic role within the organisation that acts as a bridge between the finance department and the property department (as well as Brands) for all expansion and development projects. You will be responsible for:
- Financial Analysis and Reporting - conducting regular analysis on the feasibility of projects to identify trends, opportunities, and risks at a gross profit level. Preparing and presenting financial reports and performance metrics to key stakeholders
- Forecasting - preparing the capital expenditure forecast following the company’s cash flow forecasting process and preparing future financial years budgets
- Financial Modelling - working with project leads, Ops and Commercial Analysts to creating extensive models for investment appraisals ensuring pay back periods and IRR thresholds are in line with expectations
- Post Completion Reviews - assessing the performance of all capex projects and providing insightful analysis to highlight performance whilst also driving future projects
- ADHOC reporting & project work to support the business
The candidate we are looking for will have:
- Part Qualified Accountant
- Proven business partnering skills
- Effective excel modelling skills
- Strong organisation & prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated / uses own initiative
- Working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
