The Role
An exciting opportunity has emerged to join our clients Account Management team, offering guidance, demonstrating return on investment, and providing value to a range of customers. You will be working as part of the Account Management team and collaborating with various internal teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively contacting a high-volume, existing account base to establish, build, and maintain relationships via phone and video.
- Understanding client needs to identify and conduct relevant training to support the partnership.
- Interpreting and explaining customers' performance data using internal tools to add value and demonstrate ROI.
- Achieving weekly KPIs and performance metrics relevant to business requirements, including telephone meetings, quarterly contact rate, revenue, and retention.
- Delivering new initiatives and business campaigns to customers.
- Liaising with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers.
- Consistently creating a positive sentiment and building value with our customers.
- Recording information in relevant databases and ensuring CRMs are kept up to date.
- Has consistently overachieved set sales targets and business KPIs.
- Thrives in, and contributes to, a hardworking and dynamic team.
- Is able to manage customer expectations and deliver excellent service.
- Demonstrates tenacity, resilience, and flexibility.

- Demonstrates strong planning and organisational skills.
- Basic salary £28,000
- Plus £5,000 OTE commission
