The Role
An exciting opportunity has emerged to join our clients Account Management team, offering guidance, demonstrating return on investment, and providing value to a range of customers. You will be working as part of the Account Management team and collaborating with various internal teams.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Proactively contacting a high-volume, existing account base to establish, build, and maintain relationships via phone and video.
  • Understanding client needs to identify and conduct relevant training to support the partnership.
  • Interpreting and explaining customers' performance data using internal tools to add value and demonstrate ROI.
  • Achieving weekly KPIs and performance metrics relevant to business requirements, including telephone meetings, quarterly contact rate, revenue, and retention.
  • Delivering new initiatives and business campaigns to customers.
  • Liaising with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for customers.
  • Consistently creating a positive sentiment and building value with our customers.
  • Recording information in relevant databases and ensuring CRMs are kept up to date.
