The Role
You’ll be joining a small autonomous team headed by our Management Accountant and you’ll:
Be involved in end-to-end management of the purchase ledger process.
Manage the prepayment & fixed asset schedules.
Completing bank & credit card reconciliation's.
Constructing various complex journals to support the month end process.
Process staff expenses & maintenance of staff attendance records.
Maintain our client rebate & commission accounts and schedules.
What we need from you
You know the ropes of the fundamental disciplines of business accounting functions and are familiar with the accounting process through to trial balance.
You’ll quickly become known within the business through processes you’ll own so you don’t take life too seriously and find it easy to build relationships with colleagues.
Must haves:
Done the majority of tasks in the ‘role’
Competent with intermediate Excel skills (V-Lookup & Pivot)
Have worked within an SME accounts office, acting independently (around 3 years’ experience)
