Accounts Receivable Manager, Qualified by Experience, Kettering, up to £38,000+ benefits
Our client, a well-established, successful, highly reputable and growing organisation in the Kettering area are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join their efficient main finance team. Based in the Education sector, this organisation has experienced significant growth over recent years and always aims to provide the best qualify education services to the public. The role is responsible for overseeing the revenue streams of fees and funding using various systems and platforms.
As the Accounts Receivable Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Ownership of Accounts Receivable processes, adhering to required timeframes and deadlines
* Leading/mentoring a team of 4 direct reports
* Reviewing, managing and improving processes
* Work closely with other finance departments to meet required targets
* Providing training when required
For this position we are looking for someone who has had experience in invoicing and credit management, and working in the Education sector will be highly desirable. Someone who has strong analytical skills and finance expertise, with good attention to detail. This person will be highly IT literate, with experience across various different financial software packages. You will require confident communication skills as you will be tasked with leading by example and working closely with senior finance team members such as the Financial Controller.
This individual will also be self-motivated and pro-active, with the ability to work towards business deadlines. Someone who will be able to demonstrate how they can maintain an efficient Accounts Receivable department. We are looking for a qualified by experience individual who is comfortable working in a fast paced, reactive role and someone who can work to tight deadlines. This role is not a progressive role at this time, so would be ideally suited to those looking to settle into a role for the foreseeable future.
This key position sits within an important division of the finance department in a highly successful, well-established organisation with multiple sites who operate to deadlines and required outputs as set by their stakeholders.
