The primary role of the Finance team is to provide strong support to the company and various other functions inside of The Media Ant. In addition to the work such as maintaining day-to-day transactions, expenses, payroll, etc, The role requires one to have good control over Purchase, Margin and Payable part.

Everyday Job Involved but not limited to:

• Prepare accounting entries and reconcile general ledgers
• Follow Company Cyclical Accounting Processes
• Provide detailed analysis and explanation of transactions
• Work on Company Accounts Payable functions- Negotiation on payment terms, Vendor
• Invoice Payment, ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments, and manage vendor contracts
• Prepare monthly financial and various detailed analysis
• Work with company CA for compliance-related activities, including but not limited to
• financial documentation
• Facilitate all statutory audits for the company
• Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations
• Collection of invoices and entry of bills in books
• Maintaining invoices and Bank entries
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with Vendors on behalf of the company

Qualification and Skills required

Must-Have

• Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce or pursuing CA
• Experience with accounting software (Tally/Zoho)
• Knowledge of accounting practice
• Proficiency in MS Excel and computer
• High level of accuracy and efficiency in output
• 2+ years of experience
• Good at basic communication skills
• Flexible to take up work on weekends or beyond office hours (on a few days)

Good To Have:

• Masters Degree
• Experience of working in media/advertising or service-based industry
